Travelling to a new country, especially for the first time, can be a nervous experience. We understand that arriving at Busy International Airports can be also be an overwhelming time.

We at VP Cars and University Cars have understood this and discussed with the International Academy staff at Essex on how the issue can be addressed. With the Academy fully supportive our response is UNICARE ©.

The UNICARE © package is a unique service, only offered by VP Cars / University Cars. It has been set up to primarily take care of the New International Student to The University of Essex - International Academy.

However, this service is available to any other student, returning or otherwise.

For a small cost, we personally meet and collect you from the Terminal Building after your arrival, take you to the University, wait until you collect your keys etc. Then we take you to your Campus Accommodation. This is an invaluable service, especially for arrivals outside office hours. We have been operating this service for several years and it is overwhelmingly appreciated. We also send you instructions on how the airports usually operate here, where delays can occur and possible time frame of delay.
